History

Three entrepreneurs, Jeroen Koppenol, René Gruiter and Dylan Coll have
already seen a lot of the world. From the BBQ cultures in Argentina and
Brazil, Asia with Vietnam and Thailand and of course the Braai in South
Africa. Every country or continent knows its own culture of cooking on
fire; the original way of cooking.

Europeans also know this cooking culture and we are looking for this
too. Striking in Europe is that at the special restaurants and places
that we visited smoked flavored food was missing. This can be found at
home slow cooking, in backyards and terraces of cooking enthusiasts and
BBQ freaks. This particular taste we want to bring to the market through
the concept of Smoked Bar.B.Q.
